Welcome to ONSITE! MEDIA STUDIOS L.L.C. By booking, accessing, or using any of our services (online or in-person), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our studio directly.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • Onsite! Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in cases of emergency, weather, or facility maintenance. Clients will be notified and rescheduled at no additional charge.


2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule or cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited deposit or a rescheduling fee.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please reply to your confirmation SMS or call/text our team at (786) 721-0720.


3. Session Expectations

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up and get settled. Delays in arrival may result in reduced session time.

  • All clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Onsite! Studios reserves the right to remove any person who behaves disruptively or violates studio policy.


4. Content Turnaround & Delivery

  • Edited content (e.g., videos, photos, podcasts) will be delivered within 72 hours unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Clients will receive content via email, file link, or preferred delivery method discussed during booking.

  • Revisions beyond what’s included in the original package may be subject to additional fees.


5. Usage Rights

  • Clients retain usage rights to the content created during their booked session.

  • Onsite! Studios reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes or non-exclusive excerpts for promotional purposes, unless the client opts out in writing.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
 
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@itsonsitestudios.com.
 
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
 
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive {message frequency}. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Onsite! Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during studio use.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for their personal conduct, guest behavior, and use of equipment during their session.

  • Onsite! Studios is not liable for content loss due to technical issues, though we make every effort to ensure reliable service and backups.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available at:

9. Age Requirement & Eligibility 

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By booking, submitting a form, or opting in to SMS communications,
you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18,
you may not use our services without verifiable parental consent.
